This Warranty Policy outlines your coverage and explains how to make a claim if something is not right.

1. Warranty Coverage

All SCAGLIA watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:

 Movement defects — mechanical failure not caused by external impact or misuse.

 Case and bracelet defects — structural failure under normal use conditions.

 Dial and hand defects — loose or misaligned components upon delivery.

 Crown and pusher defects — failure of winding or time-setting mechanisms under normal use.

 Water resistance failure — provided the watch has not been subjected to conditions exceeding its rated water resistance, and the crown was fully secured before water exposure.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

 Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the crystal, case, bezel, or bracelet.

 Accidental damage, impact, or dropping the watch.

 Water damage caused by improper use, failure to secure the crown, or exposure beyond the watch's rated depth.

 Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, or extreme temperatures.

 Service, repair, or modification carried out by anyone other than SCAGLIA or an authorised service centre.

 Battery replacement on quartz models (considered routine maintenance).

 Cosmetic wear such as fading, discolouration, or bracelet stretching over time.

 Damage caused by improper storage or handling.

 

The warranty is also void if the serial number on the watch or caseback has been altered, defaced, or removed.

3. Warranty Registration

Your warranty is automatically activated on the date of purchase. We recommend keeping your original order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase, as this will be required for any warranty claim.

While registration is not mandatory, you are welcome to register your watch by emailing hello@scagliawatch.com with your order number and watch serial number. This helps us serve you faster if a claim is needed.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your watch has a defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

 Contact us at hello@scagliawatch.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or a short video showing the defect.

 Our team will assess your claim within 3 business days and advise on next steps.

 If the claim is approved, we will provide a return authorisation number (RMA) and instructions for sending the watch to us. SCAGLIA will cover return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

 Once received, we will repair or replace the watch and return it to you free of charge. Turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the nature of the repair.

5. Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we will either repair the defective watch or replace it with the same or equivalent model. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a replacement of equal value or a store credit.

Repaired or replaced watches carry the remainder of the original warranty period, or 90 days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.

6. Out-of-Warranty Service

If your watch requires service outside of the warranty period, or for damage not covered by this warranty, we are happy to assist. Please contact us at hello@scagliawatch.com and we will provide a service quote. Out-of-warranty repairs are charged at cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by country or region. SCAGLIA's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

8. International Warranty

This warranty is valid worldwide. However, if you are located outside of China, you are responsible for shipping the watch to our service centre. SCAGLIA will cover the return shipping cost once repairs are complete for approved warranty claims.

Please ensure your shipment complies with local customs regulations. SCAGLIA is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays associated with international warranty shipments.
