Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SCAGLIA. We take pride in every watch we make and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
•The item is returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
•The watch is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
•The watch is returned in its original packaging, including box, warranty card, and all accessories.
•The item has not been sized, engraved, or otherwise modified.

We do not accept returns for:
•Items returned after 60 days of delivery.
•Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.
•Limited edition or pre-order items, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
•Items purchased during final sale promotions.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photographs of the defect or damage when contacting us.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
•Email us at hello@scagliawatch.com with your order number and reason for return.
•Our team will respond within 2 business days .
•Securely pack the item and ship it to our return address below. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item, in which case SCAGLIA will cover the return shipping cost.
We recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the watch. SCAGLIA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:
•Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
•Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If your return is not approved (e.g., the item shows signs of wear or is missing components), we will contact you and return the item to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
7. Warranty
All SCAGLIA watches come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:
•Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the crystal, case, or bracelet.
•Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
•Water damage resulting from improper use beyond the watch's rated water resistance.
•Damage caused by unauthorised service or modification.
