We want your SCAGLIA watch to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
SCAGLIA offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend. Every watch is shipped to your door at no additional cost, wherever you are in the world.
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched through our logistics partner 4PX, a leading international e-commerce fulfilment company specialising in cross-border delivery. 4PX works with major global carriers to ensure reliable and trackable delivery to over 200 countries and territories.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods such as promotional campaigns or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the 4PX tracking portal or the relevant carrier website.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is handed to the carrier.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@scagliawatch.com.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SCAGLIA ships from China. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to predict or cover these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable fees in your country.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. SCAGLIA is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@scagliawatch.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information has shown no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with 4PX and the carrier on your behalf.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either a full replacement or a complete refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your watch arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the watch itself, please photograph both before fully opening the parcel and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@scagliawatch.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
