Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us at hello@scagliawatch.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

Yes. SCAGLIA offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend. Every order is fulfilled through our logistics partner 4PX.

Estimated delivery times vary by region. United States, United Kingdom and Canada typically take 7–12 business days. Europe takes 7–14 business days. Australia and New Zealand take 8–14 business days. Other regions may take up to 21 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your shipment on the 4PX portal or the relevant carrier website.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery, provided the watch is unworn and in its original condition with all original packaging. Please contact us at hello@scagliawatch.com to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

Email us at hello@scagliawatch.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We will assess your claim within 3 business days and advise on next steps.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, bracelet, dial, and crown under normal use conditions. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage from improper use, or normal wear and tear such as scratches.
